My vision for each and every one of my clients is for them to eventually become their own coach

I believe that no one know their bodies better than the person inside it.

By exercising your body and mind I help you discover what you are really capable of. You can then set goals for yourselves based on what you can really do. I have a global approach that takes in account your lifestyle, your obligations and your limits.

I will accompany you on your weight loss journey or help you achieve an athletic goal you need that additional push to get there.

I am a certified Personal training specialist, and also have training in Stability ball, kick boxing and running.

I offer personalized coaching sessions that are adapted to your needs as well as other types of training and coaching for small groups.
